Uniting culture
Yesterday the Days of the United Arabian Emirates opened in the capital’s Palace of peace and accord.
Musicians and dancers, exhibitions and other events are on the program and an ethnic village is organized in “Keruen” trade- leisure center.
RK minister of culture Muhtar Kul-Muhamed and UAE foreign minister Anwar Kirkash opened the exhibition and a concert.
M.Kul-Muhamed reminded of the agreements reached within President Nursultan Nazarbayev’s visit to Emirates in March 2009, due to which Days of Kazakhstan culture were organized in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. And now Arabian masters of culture are paying a return visit to our republic.
Anuar Kirkash, appreciative of Kazakhstan artists in his turn optimistically estimated prospects for Emirate-Kazakhstan cooperation in many directions.
Arabian musicians demonstrated technical skill playing national instruments, viola, saxophone and medieval lute.
The Days of UEA culture prepared by JSC “The fund of spiritual development of Kazakhstan’s people” under support of RK ministry of culture will last to 14 May.
